Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s health and well-being. We believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health benefit. Our office strives to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, including checks, cash, and VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept EBT cards. Most patients use automatic payment from their bank account. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs, and offer a variety of payment options. Your down payment could be as low as $500 in most cases with monthly payments as low as $119*.
*Advertised monthly payment amounts represent the lowest available payment option and are not guaranteed. Eligibility for financing, monthly payment amount, interest rate, repayment term, and any required down payment are determined by the financing provider based on creditworthiness and other underwriting criteria. Treatment fees vary by patient and treatment plan. Not all patients will qualify for the lowest advertised payment. Financing options are subject to lender approval and may change without notice. Offer valid for new patient comprehensive orthodontic treatment only and has no cash value. Offer may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, insurance benefit, rebate, or special financing offer unless otherwise stated. Additional restrictions may apply.

A down payment is usually 10 – 25% at the start of treatment. We are flexible with down payments, with the balance paid in monthly payments over the estimated length of treatment. There are no interest charges with this option.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime, maximum orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.
We work with most insurance plans and are happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your orthodontic treatment and the benefit amount. If your company does provide benefits, we will be happy to take care of the insurance paperwork and file your claim for you.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please contact our financial coordinator or patient treatment coordinator.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all remaining charges.
