We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Berro's office. My son had a very complicated case that also required oral surgery, and many people suggested that Dr. Berro would be the best qualified to handle his situation. Dr. Berro and his staff were highly trained and worked with every facet of my son's case, which needed phases of corrections, but now he has a beautiful smile. I could not recommend Dr. Berro more highly.

My teeth are so pretty! I had braces as a teenager. As an adult, I used a nighttime bite guard that messed up my bite and my alignment. I visited Dr. Berro and he fixed my bite and realigned my teeth. Not only do my teeth look great again, the discomfort from the previous poor alignment is 100% better. By the way, I’m 63. Thanks Dr. Berro for realigning my bite and making my smile nice again. I feel so much better.

Excellent team! Dr. Berro is extremely knowledgeable and is the best orthodontist I have been to! He and his coordinator, Zulma, answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Berro is the best! I first became a patient of Dr. Berro’s in 1996 when I had to go back into braces as an adult. That treatment went very well, and I didn’t need to go back in for years. However, I have begun to have some complications with 30 year old crowns and root canals, and ended up losing two molars right next to each other. The space was driving me crazy while waiting to heal and get implants. My dentist wanted over $800 to make a space holder, so I went back to Dr. Berro. He went out of his way to help me. He designed a retainer that would fill the space with real looking “teeth” and keep my teeth from moving around while I spend months finishing my implants. He even took the time to drive my impressions to a different lab because his normal lab doesn’t do this kind of work. Instead of charging me a fortune, he did it for half the price the dentist wanted! If you’re looking for an orthodontist that does great work and really cares about his patients, you should go see Dr. Berro!

Dr. Berro and his staff are professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend that you get braces or Invisalign here. I was referred by two people. Jeannine the treatment coordinator is very nice and will explain the process. The office is clean, runs efficiently and the wait time is minimal. I am so happy with the results!

Our second child just finished braces with Dr. Berro, and we expect our third to start soon. We have been very happy with Dr. Berro, the staff, and the office. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful - we have generally been able to get appointments that are convenient, and have never struggled to get in on the same day when necessary. I highly recommend Dr.Samuel Berro to anyone who wants the best version of your smile. He cares every details and has an amazing touch to fix anything. I am an adult who’d never had braces when growing up, and took me 2 and half years to remove them, just as he said that’s how long it would take to complete at the first counseling. All the stuff members are very friendly. I’ve never had a single bad experience/ day from here for this entire 2 and half years coming to this place. He even fixed my tipped front tooth as a final touch today and it came out so beautiful more than I imagined. Thank you so much Dr. Berro for all your work and care. I love my smile now. My only regret is that I didn’t visit you sooner!

Dr. Berro is highly skilled, conscientious, and knowledgeable. And he has great hands with a light touch. (I have TMJ, so a light touch is important.)A friend highly recommended Dr. Berro to me. I was impressed during my initial consult. After due diligence consults with two other orthodontists I was more impressed with Dr. Berro. (One of the other ortho’s said he’d have to pull another tooth to make enough room to straighten my lower teeth. Dentists pulling my teeth so others would fit is what started the problem in the first place.!)I needed full braces for two years. I can’t fit the whole experience into a single review. Here are the highlights:• Dr. Berro and staff worked around my TMJ. Getting the braces on was bit rough on my jaw; there’s no getting around the fact that fitting braces requires your jaw to be open. A lot. But we took mini-breaks, they used child-sized openers, and Dr. Berro modified some of the process to minimize impact to my jaw.• Months and months of check-ins went smoothly. This is where Berro’s staff shows their superiority. Always friendly, helpful and competent. Strong process-driven environment kept front and back office running smoothly. They’re very focused on a good patient experience. In two years there was a single occurrence when I had to wait more than 30 minutes. An assistant had gone home sick, plus I’d scheduled during after-school hours (meaning lots of kids in the office.) The receptionist apologized and offered to rescheduled. I decided to give it a few more minutes, she kept me updated on progress; it all worked out. I wish all my doctors created such great environments.• My teeth align ahead of schedule. Hurrah! Braces came off right before summer vacation. An unexpected surprise. Dr. Berro and his office accommodated my vacation schedule, rushing the retainer creation/fitting to I had them before flying out of town.• I’m now in the retainer stage. So far, so good.Life with braces wasn’t exactly fun. But Dr. Berro and his staff made it as simple, clear-cut and pleasant as it could be. And I love my teeth now. I can’t stop smiling!

Over halfway through my 20 month Invisalign treatment. Dr. Berro and his staff are always friendly and professional. They worked closely with my traditional dentist, as well as other specialists all in close consideration and coordination given my various jaw and alignment issues. In each case they all collaborated to make the best decisions for me! Highly recommend.

Dr. Berro and his staff are THE BEST!!! I had braces for 2 years and I just had them taken off 2 weeks ago. My teeth used to be overcrowded and I had a severe open bite which Dr. Berro was able to correct with braces and rubber bands. My teeth look perfect now, I am so happy with the results :)!
